So Much Adventuring

Today was our day to kayak down a river and through the mangroves. While we didn’t see a lot of wildlife in the mangroves, we saw some amazing trees, roots, and waterways. Of course, on our way to see the mangroves and kayak through them, we did see some bottlenose dolphins that decided they wanted to play with the kayaks we were towing behind the boat. The bottlenose dolphins were the ones we had not seen on our motorboat dolphin tour, so it was nice of them to show up for us on this day. Since crocodiles were on the list of animals we might see, I was okay with not seeing many animals… we did see some mini blue heron. I didn’t even know there were mini blue heron, or that I needed to see them, until I saw them. They were adorable and beautiful at the same time. Most of our kayaking experience is explained much better through the beautiful pictures.
